Summer gained her fame during the 70’s disco era and released gold and platinum albums including “Bad Girls”” and “On the Radio Volumn I & II.” She also released two number 1 Billboard Hot 100 songs, “Hot Stuff” and “MacArthur Park” and co-wrote several successful songs such as “Last Dance” and “She Works Hard For Her Money.” Her success came from the fact that her music was a mix of genres. This mix lead her to win five Grammy Awards in the dance, rock, R&B, and inspirational categories. Her most recent album was released in 2008 and titled “Crayons.”

Our prayers are with her entire family and fans.
