Drake is honored at Songwriters Hall of Fame

Toronto rapper Drake was honored last night at the Songwriters Hall Of Fame 42nd Annual Induction and Awards Ceremony in New York City.

He was presented with the Hal David Starlight Award onstage and performed his hit “Best I Ever Had.” Legendary R&B diva Chaka Khan was also honored last night. She received the Howie Richmond Hitmaker Award and performed “I’m Every Woman,” written by Ashford and Simpson.
