Erykah Badu, Too Short, Meek Mill & More to Perform at Tupac’s 40th Birthday Celebration

On June 16, 2011 many will gather together to celebrate the life and legacy of Tupac Shakur. Pac’s mother, Afeni Shakur and Comedian/Actor Mike Epps will come together to present the Tupac 40th Birthday Concert Celebration starring Erykah Badu.

This benefit concert taking place on Tupac’s actual birthday will bring out hip hop legends and musical greats all to celebrate the man, legend, poet, son and icon that was and still is Tupac Amaru Shakur.

Being held at Symphony Hall at the Woodruff Arts Center in Atlanta, GA , there will be performances by jazz great Roy Ayers, Bun B, Too Short, 8 Ball $ MJG, Eric Roberson, Meek Mills Pill and Big Staxx among others with a special Nate Dogg tribute.

Atlanta’s own, DJ Drama will serve as the DJ for this event. The show begins at 8pm and all proceeds from the concert will go to benefit the Tupac Amaru Shakur.
