Feathers in Fashion…a popular trend upcoming for the Fall! Feathers are everywhere in the fashion world lately. From feathered hair extensions and skirts, to feathered jewelry and shoes! Turns out feathers aren’t just for costumes.

They say fashion trends ALWAYS repeat! In 2008, Rihanna performed Umbrella at the awards in a wild feather-hay inspired dress however; she’s always been one to enjoy flocking in feathers. Looks like we’ll be seeing more feathers on the runway this upcoming season.

In 2008, Rihanna teamed up with designer Zac Posen to wear a leather-and-feathers frock as she performed “Umbrella” and “Please Don’t Stop The Music.”

In 2010, Rihanna graced the cover of Marie Claire UK’s “Glamour Issue” for … pretty in pink in a peachy-colored feather sweater dress by Sonia Rykie

Rihanna attended the launch of her new scent ‘Reb’l Fleur’ in London wearing a bright Antonio Berardi look. Riri wore a turquoise feathered top and pants from the Resort 2012 collection, paired with her nude Christian Louboutin Pigalle point-toe pumps.
