In the wee hours of the night Orenthal J. Simpson walked out of Lovelock Correctional Institute at 12:08 a.m. but it wasn’t with the fanfare he experienced after receiving an acquittal in the death of Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman back in 1994.

The “Juice” may be returning back to his residence in Florida however disgraced state attorney Pam Bondi who failed to investigate Donald Trump’s “Trump University” fraud scandal has publicly stated that he wasn’t welcomed.

“Floridians are well aware of Mr. Simpson’s background, his wanton disregard for the lives of others, and of his scofflaw attitude with respect to the heinous acts for which he has been found civilly liable,” she said in a statement. “The specter of his residing in Florida should not be an option. Numerous law enforcement officials in Florida agree with this position. Our state should not become a country club for this convicted criminal.”

However, O. J. Simpson’s attorney Malcolm LaVergne had a few choice words for Bondi via his twitter page:

Clearly his attorney will not allow his client to be bullied around for their own personal agenda. It must be noted that Simpson served his time is prison without getting into trouble.

He told officials that leading a group of men into a 2007 armed confrontation was an error in judgment he would not repeat.

He told the parole board that he led a “conflict-free life,” an assertion that angered many who believe he got away with killing his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ronald Goldman in Los Angeles in 1994.

Simpson was once an electrifying running back dubbed “Juice” who won the Heisman Trophy as the nation’s best college football player for USC in 1968 and became one of the NFL’s all-time greats with the Buffalo Bills.

Handsome and charming, he also provided commentary on “Monday Night Football,” became the face of Hertz rental-car commercials and built a movie career with roles in the “Naked Gun” comedies and other films.
