Interview: Good Music Recording Artist Pusha T Dishes on New Music, Kanye West, Pharrell and U.T.F.O.

Pusha T talks to Nick Huff Barili about a range of subjects including The Clipse and his brother No Malice, Kanye West, Pharrell and much more. The interview starts with Pusha sharing his first Hip Hop memory which was receiving a UTFO album from his sister who worked in a record store in Harlem, New York.

The Good Music artist stated that his brother NO Malice was his inspiration to get into the rap game and that he didn’t have intentions on rapping until he wrote a verse while NO Malice was in the studio working with super producer Pharrell Williams and Chad Hugo.

Pusha T goes on to say that his brother had a working relationship with fellow Virginia music producer Timbaland, however when Timbaland went to work with Jodeci, Pusha T introduced his brother to Pharrell. He stated that he new the super producer for some time before the connection was made. From that relationship, the Clipse was born according to Pusha T.
