J. Cole Mixtape “Friday Night Lights”

On November 2nd, North Carolina emcee J. Cole announced his released date for his third official mixtape. Yes, third mixtape. He later states, “I’m calling it a mixtape for the sake of calling it a mixtape, but it’s really an album in a sense.” Regardless, fans are still counting down the days before his mixtape release.

This project is ready to be released and although it will be issued before his label debut album, music is music. J. Cole’s love for music and his lyrical ability clearly shines through.

As a gift to his fans, J.Cole leaked a teaser of his upcoming project this past Tuesday entitled “Before I’m Gone.” Recently, J. Cole interviewed with on-air personality Angela Yee; he spoke about his upcoming mixtape and being on the same record label as Willow Smith.

“That’s just ’cause I got a high respect for him and even his family, right now, they got a perfect life,” the Southerner said of the acknowledgment. “So I can’t wait to meet little Willow.”

J.Cole’s mixtape Friday Night Lights will be released November 12 via the site dreamvillain.net.
