Cassie Likes to Wear Her Boots High

NEWSFLASH: over-the-knee boots are the new leggings (remember: leggings have been the new pants for, like, ages). At the Rodarte Fall/Winter 2010 show last February, Laura and Kate Mulleavy showed their collection with super-high strappy boots by Nicholas Kirkwood.

Last night, Cassie wore said boots with a black cut-out dress for a vampish, aggressive look at the NARS 15X15 celebration for the company's 15th anniversary. The shoes run about $3,685, and are only sold at Dover Street Market in London. Still, I wouldn't be surprised if they sell out - there are actually quite a few mega-wealthy women who take their shoes very seriously.
