Weezy isn’t satisfied with the beats supplied to him for his oft-delayed album. Lil Wayne is still assembling his upcoming album Tha Carter IV, releasing on August 29th. But he’s having trouble finding worthy instrumentals.

Speaking with XXL Magazine, the Young Money captain explained that he’s been getting subpar beats and that producers need to hone their craft.

“These n____s’ beats been sucking. I’m putting it out there: you producing, what ya’ll doing? Get right, man. Step it up,” he said. ‘This is coming from a rapper. One of the best rappers. [Chad Ochocinco walks into the room] These niggas’ beats sound like Ochocino made them.”
