Rapper TI Preaches To The Youth (gives laptop computers away)

| August 1, 2010 | 0 Comments

TI hosted his annual K.I.N.G. camp foundation which caters to the uplifting of urban city youths through positive mentor-ship. His message was clear, “before you can be a King of anything, you must be a king of yourself.”

The awards included accolades in conduct, leadership, sportsmanship, and academic achievement. Ambassador Andrew Young and Mayor of Atlanta Kasim Reed were also present. The idea of the camp was to take the kids from their current mind frames to future leaders in the community.  After completing a 12 week summer camp, all the campers received certificates and laptops as a gift from T.I.P.

Great job to one of our true leaders in the hip hop community!
