Pill is the newest addtion to Maybach Music

Recognized after the release of 4th studio album “Teflon Don,” Rick “Rozay” Ross’ label Maybach Music Group yesterday signed a partnership with Warner Music Group (February 22nd, 2011).

As if finalizing a deal with well-renown label Warner Music Group was not big enough, Rick Ross has also signed another sizzling artist to his already outstanding roster—Wale, Meek Mill, Triple C’s and label founder, Rick Ross—for Maybach Music Group.

Atlanta based rapper Pill is Maybach Music Group’s newest edition, who had his big break in 2009 after the release of hit single “Trap Goin’ Ham.” Pill is also a member of Killer Mike’s Grind Time Rap Gang and was previously signed with Warner Music/Assylm.

According to Ross, “This deal with Warner Bros. Records has been a long time in the making and I’m confident we’ve found the best home for Maybach Music,” “Together we’re going to make hit records for years to come.”

Ross is currently working on new material for his new album, “God Forgives, I Don’t.” Last year’s release of Teflon Don produced amazing hit singles, some including “B.M.F,” and “Ashton Martin Music.” In Mid-March, rapper Ross is set to join forces with Lil’ Wayne, Travis Barker and Nicki Minaj for this year’s I Am Still Music Tour.
