Settlement? 50 Cent Raps Off Million Dollar Bet With A Verse For Webbie

| April 13, 2015 | 0 Comments

Money must not be an issue for rapper Webbie as the million dollar bet he made with 50 Cent last June appears to be paid off. Except 50 did not actually pay any money up, but according to Webbie just got a verse from the G-Unit general instead. “I told him we don’t need any money man, we need some verses, get on my boy song,” he stated on TMZ.

The bet came about last year when Terence Crawford and Yuriorkis Gamboa fought over the light heavyweight championship. Webbie had his money on Crawford and Gamboa is managed by 50 Cent, so obviously 50’s allegiance was there. In the ninth round Crawford knocked out Gamboa and Webbie was ecstatic as he figured he just won a million dollars. Well time passed by and Webbie still had not received his money which resulted in him dissing 50 Cent in the song ‘What I Been Thru’.

50 is usually not one to shy away from a beef so his silence throughout everything is shocking. As for Webbie, is a 50 Cent verse in 2015 worth a million dollars? Hell is any verse worth a million dollars? The answers are no and no but if it results in good music and less silly rap beefs then the price tag really cannot be placed on it.
