Cash Money CEO, Bryan “Birdman” Williams, is being sued over a failed show in Las Vegas. The lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court in Las Vegas. The lawsuit plaintiff claims that Birdman failed to appear for a show at Club Eve last August.

Lana Fuchs of the Billionaire Mafia Company claims she wired $50,000 to an attorney by the name of Philip Brutus who allegedly represented Birdman. The Billionaire Mafia reps says they had conversations with Birdman and he said that Brutus was not his attorney and his signature was forged. “Birdman had stated that he never signed the agreement in question, and although it appears to be his signature it is not Birdman’s, it is a forged signature,” the lawsuit alleges.

After an investigation, it was discovered that Brutus had been suspended from practicing law in the state of Florida when he entered into the agreement. Lana Fuchs also learned that Birdman’s performance fee is only $35,000. Fuchs is seeking at least $75,000.00 in damages and lost profits.
