| January 18, 2012 | 3 Comments

Since the day an Atlanta Buckhead woman has disappeared, there have been many speculations from the public that St. Louis party promoter Robert Kirk may have information about her whereabouts but Atlanta Police have ruled him out as a person of interest in her disappearance.

Police spokesman Carlos Campos released the following statement:

As part of the investigation into the disappearance of Stacey Nicole English, Atlanta Police Department investigators made contact with Robert Kirk, a St. Louis man who was one of the last known people to see Ms. English.

Mr. Kirk gave initial statements to police, and investigators followed up on those statements. Mr. Kirk, who has never been suspected of foul play by Atlanta police, has been cooperative with investigators.

At this time, there is no evidence linking Mr. Kirk to the disappearance of Ms. English or reason to believe he was involved in any foul play related to her disappearance. The search of the southeast Atlanta lake near where her car was found has been completed and no evidence was found.

The investigation into Ms. English’s disappearance continues.

How about this is the wrong person you have pictured. This is not the Robert Kirk who was investigated. This is exactly how rumors get started over some inaccuracies. You all need to post the correct picture of Robert Kirk, the one who is the St. Louis party promotor.
