The small screen is not new to Drizzy, off the heels of the success of his latest album playlist More Life, Drake has acquired the rights to the London-based drama show Top Boy.

The show’s creator Ronan Bennett met with Drake last week to discuss potential story lines and ideas. According to a quote from Ashley Walters, who stars in the show, a special role should be carved out for the head honcho at OVO. “We met up to start talking about the show and we are working out a role for him…” he told the Daily Mirror

It is well-known that Drake got his big start in the industry when he stared in the television show Degrassi:The Next Generation. He has since gone on to become one of the biggest musical artists today and this move would show he wants to conquer the silver screen too.
