14th Anniversary of East Coast rapper Biggie Smalls
Yesterday (March 9th, 2011) marks the 14th anniversary since the death of Christopher Wallace who was killed in Los Angeles after a drive-by shooting The legendary east coast rapper Christopher “Notorious BIG” Wallace, a lyrically talented emcee, left us with some of Hip Hop’s greatest hits “Big Poppa” and “One More Chance.”
The Hip Hop community suffered a huge loss. A life that was held dear to the community was gunned down, although the case has not been solved questions still linger amongst the community. Many have speculated that the on-going beef between Notorious B-I-G and west coast rapper Tupac Shukar had some sort of connection, but until the case is solved, we are only left with the infamous question of, who killed Biggie?

Fans, journalist, and celebrities are paying homage to the late Biggie Smalls with a moment of silence. In addition, fans of Biggie have made #BIGGIEDAY a trending topic on twitter. Each individuals sharing their most memorable moments and favorite photos and videos of Notorious B-I-G.
Biggie Smalls has with-out a doubt left us with music to last a lifetime, his fans are definitely keeping his spirit alive.
Diddy states, It’s really great when you wake up on March 9 and you just hear all his records and how up to date they sound.” Diddy has been tweeting Biggie lyrics all day.
According to Raekwon, and many other rappers can agree, that biggie small was “the social studies book of rapper.” Also adding, “your legacy is greatly appreciated!”
