Boxing great and future Hall of Famer Floyd “Money” Mayweather has once again defeated another formidable opponent this past weekend with the upset victory of Welterweight champion Sugar Shane Mosley, another future Hall of Famer to retain his undisputed record of the best pound for pound boxer in the world.
While many never had doubt of the outcome of this match, there was a moment in the second round where Mayweather got tagged by a powerful punch to the chin delvered by Mosley that sent the crowd into an uproar however Mayweather quickly recovered and went on to defeat Mosley in a 12 round decision. This was another big pay day for the trash talking and flamboyant boxer who himself stated after the match ” I feel its not bragging or boasting if you can back it up.” Love him or hate him but one thing is certain he always gives the fans a great show in the ring and outside.
