For the past few months, the blogosphere has been talking about Sean ‘Diddy” Combs signing Rick Ross & Nicki Minaj to his management company and Rick Ross has even confirmed it himself. During Memorial Day weekend Diddy made the announcement that he has added one more to his roster.
“As y’all know, I started this management company,” Diddy told a live audience while making an appearance at a Miami show last weekend. “It’s a division of Bad Boy, and we’ve got a lot of big announcements coming up. Our first announcement was Rick Ross. Big shouts to Rick Ross…he’s on his way over here.”
Diddy added that this marks the beginning of a separate deejay division with Bad Boy management and praised Prostyle’s positivity and ability to keep partygoers engaged with his sets. Notice how he never mentioned that Nicki Minaj is officially signed to his management company…interesting aint it? Another smart Diddy move as well. Sign the hottest DJ and surely your artist music will be played.
Prostyle currently serves as the in-house deejay for BET’s “106 & Park” as well as an on-air personality/deejay for Orlando’s WPYO “Power ” 95.3 FM.
