After the release of the audio tape of Mel Gibson verbally abusing his girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva and telling her that she might get raped by a pack of n*ggers, Radar Online has just released a more damaging audio of the disgraced actor admitting that he hit his former girlfriend and baby mama will likely land the actor in jail if the State of California brings forth charges. What little fan base Gibson had will likely take a dramatic plumment once the dust settles and people see the actor for who he really is; a sick and demented hateful man who hates jews, thinks people of color are racists and beat and abuse women. Warning: Audio recordings are very disturbing and should not be listened to around under aged children.

Mel Gibson Threatens Oksana Grigorieva

Mel Gibson, under investigation for domestic violence, admits to hitting Oksana Grigorieva and TWICE threatens to kill her iin an audio recording that will surely put an end to the actor’s career. The enraged actor tells the mother of his eight-month old daughter Lucia “you deserved it” after she says that he hit her and broke her teeth.
Gibson’s stunning admission could be “the smoking gun” needed to prosecute him after the conclusion of an impending investigation currently being conducted by the LA Sheriff’s department. The only possible difficulty that the state may have in pursuing a criminal conviction is the audio recording and the manner in which it was obtained. In the state of California, both parties must be aware that they are being recording otherwise it would be a violation of law and thus rule of evidence would make in inadmissible. However if his girlfriend is proven to be a credible witness they could still get a conviction.
GIBSON THREATENS TO KILL HER
Later on the tape, Mel alludes to killing and burying her. As the former couple’s argument grows worse and worse Oksana tells Mel: “You’re gonna answer one day, boy, you’re gonna answer.”
Infuriated, Mel asks if she is threatening him, and Oksana says she is not. “I’m not the one to threaten,” the Russian-born beauty says.
And that’s when Mel makes what certainly can be reasonably interpreted as another death threat, telling Oksana: “Threaten ya? I’ll put you in a fuckin rose garden you cunt! You understand that? Because I’m capable of it. You understand that?”
Even if he is not prosecuted criminally he will most definately have to face a judge on the domestic violence issue and it would be highly unlikely that he woould ever get custody of his daughter.

Mel Gibson clearly needs help for his sickness but more importantly there should be zero tolerence for this type of treatment towards any woman and for that reason we will not support any movies Gibson is in or has anything to do with it at this point in time.
