B.O.B. received 5 Grammy Award Nominations
Rapper B.O.B. has received the most nominations in the south representing hip hop while superstars singer El Debarge & Monica both received two nods as well for the 53rd annual Grammy Awards. Rapper Bobby Ray received nominations in the following categories: Best Rap Album, Best Rap Song, Best Rap Collaboration, and Best Pop Collaborations with vocals and Record of the Year.

Monica received nominations for Best female R & B Vocal Performance & Best R & B Album for Still Standing. The Grammys are the most prestigious awards that can be bestowed on someone in the music business and even a nomination can increase ones stock value tremendously.
