Singer/Songwriter Accuses Black Eyed Peas of Stealing Her Music; Lawsuit Pending

    Last year artist Phoenix Phenom accused platinum selling group Black Eyed Peas of stealing a song she wrote back in 2007 which she believes the group’s hit Boom Boom Pow song was a duplication from her body of work. According to our sources, the case is set to go to trial shortly. She recently caught up with Rasha Entertainment to discuss her current project and the impending case.     There are numerous incidents of highly ambitious artist sending in music to labels with great expectations and hopes of getting signed only to have the music stolen. The Black Eye Peas are facing a record number of 4 law-suits for copyright infringement, with George Clinton being the latest to file suit against the multi-platinum group.
