Mathew & Beyoncé Knowles
Mathew Knowles, father and former manager of Beyoncé Knowles recently filed legal papers explaining why he actually got fired. According to TMZ he claims that she [Beyoncé] is under the impression that he stole from her.
In the documents, Mathew accuses Live Nation of telling Beyoncé that he “had stolen money from Beyoncé on her most recent tour or otherwise taken funds that [he] was not entitled to.” After an audit performed by Beyoncé’s law firm, Mathew was fired when they concluded that he was definitely thieving money from his own daughter.
Mathew also claims that Beyoncé hired a manager that previously worked for Live Nation and maintained her relationship with the company.
He insists the theft accusations are false and wants the judge to allow him to take statements from various people at Live Nation to determine just how they concluded he was a thief.
