We recently reported last month when Rick Ross’ three pit bulls were being accused of escaping from his Atlanta mansion and attacking the neighbor’s precious Yorkshire Terrier. The bite marks from the pits were so severe that the Yorkie, named Banks, didn’t make it.
Well, Ricky Rozay got lucky with this one because the judge has thrown her case out. Apparently, she failed to properly serve Ross with the suit.
Ross’ manager told TMZ, “We tried to do good business … we paid the vet bill … but it was an unfortunate accident that [Banks’ owner] tried to capitalize off of.”
Banks’ owner had filed a lawsuit for more than $15,000 in damages and fees against Ross. She says she isn’t giving up and will get justice for Banks.
Hey, it’s a recession… at least she tried.
