Dallas Austin
On Saturday (July 23), Grammy Award winning producer, Dallas Austin, was given a Mayoral Proclamation by the City of Atlanta, and Hip Hop Enquirer was in the house to help him celebrate.
The Dallas Austin Foundation for Music Education, founded in 2003, is a charitable organization whose focus is youth development through the art of music. The foundation has touched the lives of thousands of youth, particularly in the Atlanta area.
Austin, who received the proclamation at his Casino Royale fundraising event, was visibly touched by the honor. In fact, when we tried to catch up with the producer for an interview, he was already on his way to share the plaque with his mother.
