Its been a while since Lil Kim last put out an official album on a major record label and now rumor has it that she may be gearing up for another.
Reportedly the BK rapper has been added to Universal Music Group’s roster being listed as an artist on their website, UniversalMusic.com. Details about the deal are currently unknown but is Kim’s first major label deal since parting ways with Atlantic Records.
Under Atlantic she released three albums –The Notorious K.I.M., La Bella Mafia, and The Naked Truth.
According to Vibe.com, the rapper is hard at work on a new album, which includes the new yet-to-be-released single “Looks Like Money.”
The project is currently untitled and is expected to drop later this year.
