Nicki Minaj performing at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in NYC
When rumors hit headlines that rapper Nicki Minaj was assaulted by a male last month while staying at the Palomar Hotel in Dallas, TX, she was quick to deny it. Especially when talk began that the alleged individual was her boyfriend and hype man Safaree “SB” Samuels they both took to Twitter to shut the rumors down.
That very day, they both tweeted:
“The fact that you believe a man either slapped or punched me in the face & didn’t leave on a stretcher w/his balls hangin off? #getaF%cknLife,” Nicki wrote. “The media could pee on your leg and tell you its raining. You’d believe it. You’d believe you were an adopted martian if TMZ told you so. #stopit5
“The general public are some stupid muthaf&ckas!!! Y’all dicks believe anything on a website…. It’s really a shame…Wut up tho Dallas?!!,” SB tweeted.
Later on they were both spotted in Miami rocking “Don’t believe the blogs” t-shirts assuring us all that it was all just a lie. Now, Dallas Police has released the 911 telephone call made by hotel staff where he identifies the victim as in fact, Nicki Minaj and you can hear her in the background screaming, “What are you hitting me for?”

Domestic violence is a very serious matter and a situation that countless men and women face on a daily basis worldwide. Nicki was obviously covering up for “SB” and the both of them are trying to hide that the incident did in fact take place. We just hope that this isn’t something that happens often. Wonder what she has to say now?
