No. The above picture is not a throwback from an episode of Family Matters when Steve Urkel’s uber suave alter ego, Stephan, realizes his big city dreams of being a professional male model. The above picture is a taping of the highly anticipated new reality show from our favorite fashionista June Ambrose with former child star Jaleel White at the Paul Smith men’s showroom in NYC. There are not enough words to describe our affection for Ms. Ambrose. Although I’ve never personally met her (as of yet, but one day…), I’ve had her on my radar since the early 90s. As you may or may not know (but you should), June was at the forefront of hip hop fashion styling for clients such as Diddy, Mary J. Blige, and Jay-Z.
And before I even type out the question I can already hear thousands of cries screaming NOOO as if the world needs another reality show. And, while I share your sentiments, I will say that I’m head over Louboutins’ that my friend in my fashion head, June, will be coming to a syndicated time block near me!
