Later tonight, President Obama will address a Joint Session of Congress in order to present his job proposal which could cost an estimated $400 billion dollars. The plan is expected to include several changes including an extension of payroll cuts and unemployment benefits.
In addition, there will also be new infrastructure spending which will send those in search of jobs, to work on refurbishing roads and schools. Currently, there lies a slight disagreement between Republicans and Democrats upon the package. However, there is still a possibility that more will be added to the proposal.
