Late last night, MTV News reported that Rick Ross has cancelled a show he was scheduled to perform at this Friday in Atlanta. Looks like the Maybach Music head has decided to take it easy and rest up in order to get his health back to where it needs to be. Last week, the rapper reportedly suffered from a series of seizures on his way to a show in Memphis, and his plane had to land a number of times resulting in his hospitalization. Hip Hop friends DJ Khaled and Red Cafe have made statements about the rapper’s health.
“I spoke to Ross. Ross is doing good, he’s doing well. He does a lot. The guy does a lot he’s similar to Puff. They do a lot. And sometimes everybody needs to slow down a bit and take some personal time” Red Cafe told MTV’s Sway.
DJ Khaled told Global Grind that “He is at the crib and is going to rest and just chill until he gets his energy back. He is going to take everything one day by day. I told him he has to stay home for two weeks. I told him he has got to just chill and relax. I told him he is a big enough star that he can just stay home. His life is more important.”
