Hip Hop Well Represented on Forbes 30 Under 30 List

    Forbes Magazine released their annual 30 under 30 piece which presents the 30 disrupters under 30, in each of 12 fields, making a difference right now. In the music section, Hip Hop is represented well by the usual suspects, as well as the newcomers. Young Money lives up to its name with Lil’ Wayne, Drake and  Nicki Minaj all present on the list. Pittsburgh’s smoked indie wave featuring Mac Miller and Wiz Khalifa both made the list as well, highlighting the indie hustle vs the traditional record label.  Rihanna and Adele were the only R&B sensations to make the list while Noah “40” Shebib stood alone as the only producer.
