According to InformationNigeria.org, Rick Ross is being sued by a Nigerian state government after canceling his performance at the Calabar Music Festival. The government released a Blackberry Message stating “Please be informed that Rick Ross has cancelled his performance at Calabar Festival after accepting full performance fee”.
Allegedly, the coordinators of the music festival were not notified of Ross’s cancellation as he accepted and confirmed receipt of his performance fee weeks ago. The Cross River State Government is suing Ross for breach of contract. Could this be a result of his recent illness? Hopefully he will issue a full refund to the people of Nigeria very soon if he is in fact at fault.
