Our friends over at Highsnobiety had the opportunity to visit the new Golf Wang store newly settled on Fairfax Avenue in Los Angeles,CA. In the video we’re greeted by none other than Tyler himself pointing out the tasteless graffiti written on the store front. And it saddens me to inform you that that’s the highlight. From what I can tell, inside the poorly lit retail space is an unkempt mess of shelves and boxes littered with Odd Future clothing which primarily consists of t-shirts. Although I won’t deny the wildly popular success of Tyler and his Golf Wang cohorts, here’s just another example of a celebrity clothing line that I really don’t see any justification for purchasing anything.
I’m sure hundreds if not thousands of his west coast disciples will soon flood the store to get their hands on the merchandise. Go figure.
