According to TMZ, Drake is putting the two gorgeous beach condos featured in his “I’m On One” video on the market. Last week, Drake put the two high rise properties up for sale. Interested in copping one or both of the condos? Well, it looks like the Young Money rapper is asking $1.9 million for one and $599,000 for the other. Although they are two separate properties, Drake had them designed as one living space while he stayed there.
The larger property is a massive 3,800 square feet with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The smaller property is a one bedroom. Both are located in Miami’s exclusive “Marquis” high rise.
