Things got a little out of hand a the final call for alcohol at The Old Absinthe House on Bourbon Street when Oscar winning actor Cuba Gooding, Jr. when a female bartender alleged that the actor had shoved her after she asked him to leave the establishment. The incident started when earlier patrons had recognized the actor and began taking pictures of him for which he didn’t want taken. Moments later, Cuba allegedly shouted obscentities at some patrons and that’s when the bartender asked him to leave.
One witness stated that the actor shoved the woman against a wall and another bartender told the actor that he better leave because the police were in-route. When the police finally arrived the actor had already left however a magistrate judge issued an arrest warrant for the actor.
Cuba Goodings, Jr. was in New Orleans working on filming a movie with Oprah Winfrey. Looks like we already have an idea how this movie will end.
