The MTV Video Music Awards has always been a platform for celebrities to flaunt their fashion picks and style. From new hairstyles to baby bumps, we’ve seen it all this year. As for the best dressed, Hip Hop Enquirer would like to give that award to Rihanna. Rihanna wore a sexy, slingy backless white dress with a short hair-do and popping red lipstick. Worst dressed, HHE will give that award to Alicia Keys. Keys’ pre-show outfit was very strange. The singer wore a metallic, one-shoulder dress that was, in my opinion, poorly structured and did nothing for her figure. Her hair was cute.
