Welp, courts finally ordered Bob Whitfield, former NFL star and husband of Atlanta Housewives’ Sheree Whitfield, to pay $75,000 of backed child support or he’ll face repercussions.
That’s right, Ms. Sheree from ATL Housewives, who actually zoomed through an entire 900K lump sum of support, ordered to her three years ago from her divorcee, for her two children Kairo and Kaliegh, has won again.
Now, legal docs obtained by TMZ state that Bob failed to make 38 monthly support payments of $2,142 to Sheree – equating to being over 81K.
Now even though back in 2000, Bob Whitefield signed a 6-year contract with the Atlanta Falcons of 30 million, he told the courts that his reason for being behind was that he simply just didn’t have the money.
He also asked courts to lower his obligation, but they refused.
Fortunately, (for Sheree) a compromise was made. Bob has agreed to pay $75,000 before November 11, 2012, or face the court’s consequences.
In addition to the payment of 75K, Bob has also agreed to pay 1K each month, for the following 12 months.
After that 12 month period is complete, Bob will go back to the $2,142.
