The Game, real name Jayceon Taylor knows how to court attention. The California rapper recently responded to the lawsuit placed against him by 40 Glocc whose real name is Tory Gassway. TMZ broke the story that 40 Glocc, a known Crip filed a lawsuit against The Game, a Blood affiliate after an altercation at a party in Hollywood this past summer. The fight was posted online.
Glocc filed the suit this week claiming that The Game assaulted him. This is despite making comments after the fight that he would never press charges.
“Me, I don’t give a fuck; I ain’t pressin’ no charges…that shit ain’t nothin’. You gotta take an L in certain situations,” 40 Glocc stated after the attack.
The Game responded to the suit in what may the worst manner possible. Jayceon took to twitter to say “@40glocc I’m gone beat yo ass again & again you p*ssy !!!”
Game later added, “Called police & a lawyer cuz I beat yo azz. SuperCrip got his cape snatched !!!”
A rep for The Game told TMZ that The Game feels the lawsuit is “bulls**t” and he plans to fight the case in court.
