In a three part interview, Russell “Big Block” Spencer has been a major player in the South since 2006. From his influence in the careers of Young Jeezy, Yung Joc, Rick Ross to his business deals with Lyor Cohen and P Diddy, Block has set the standard for Southern hip-hop. After amassing a fortune estimated at 25 million dollars, the Atlanta native decided to drop some mental jewels as it related to his many years experience in hip hop.
After a short hiatus, he’s back on Block with a new set of artists and a new business agenda. Block sat down with Content Editor for Hiphopenquirer.com Mehka, to speak about his deal with Bad Boy, bringing Rick Ross to Diddy and the Rick Ross/Young Jeezy fight at the BET Awards.
