According to TMZ, last night just after midnight, police arrived at Hollywood’s Tru nightclub after reports that a gunshot had been fired. Comedian Mike Epps was on the scene celebrating his birthday, when according to the police, an altercation broke out between Mike Epps’ crew and other clubgoers where someone fired a shot.
Sources told TMZ that after the shot was fired, everyone ran for the door. No one was reported as injured but two women claimed to have been trampled during the chaos. Witnesses stated that Mike Epps had just arrived at the club when the shot went off. He then fled to his car and left. The police are still investigating and are interested in speaking with Mike to sort out what really happened.
