For the past eight months, Shanti Das and Marlon Nichols have brought one of Atlanta’s most eloquent live music shows to the part of the city known for entertainment, Piedmont Park.
A collaboration of both break-through artists and R&B legends has all graced the stage, giving the park’s audience shows to remember for a lifetime. November is the final month for “ATL on The Park” performances, and the show concluded their 3rd season with performances by Grammy-nominated singer, Anthony David, along with two promising industry stars: Ywada and Brian Owens.
While Ywada ripped the stage up, by performing one of Chaka Khan’s #1 hits, “Ain’t Nobody” and her original singles, “Count Me Out” and “Love Don’t Live Here”, singer Brian Owens followed her, blessing the entire room with his sultry sound. The talented brother performed “Moods & Messages” and “I Just Want to Feel Alright” to an audience of not one empty seat.
Six-time Grammy award winner Anthony David came through to celebrate his new album release “Love Out Loud”, by concluding the show with an outstanding performance. The American singer-songwriter performed hit singles like “Let Me In” and “Forever More”. David even gave an exclusive sneak peak of his new single “Can’t Look Down”.
“I am just glad I could be a part of this outstanding musical showcase this season,” said host and lifestyle specialist Kenny Burns. ATL Live on the Park Season 3 has not just lightened up the city with its ability to bring back legendary stars who haven’t performed in years to the stage, but it has also brought forth the best emerging talent in Atlanta.
Celebrities such as Floyd Mayweather, RL, Brian Michael-Cox, Chilli, Kerri Hilson, and even actor Owen Wilson! I think it is very safe to say that ATL Live on the Park will step the bar up even higher in Season 4 in 2013!
