Looks like Waka Flocka will be coughing up $500 K to some lucky person this holiday season. According to Charlotte’s WCNC, a man shot by Waka Flocka’s security guards back in 2011 won his lawsuit against the rapper’s management company, Mizay Entertainment on Tuesday.
Reports claim that the victim, Antonio Stukes approached Waka Flocka in a Charlotte parking lot in February of 2011 and tried to give Waka his demo tape when the rapper’s security guards open fired on Stukes. Stukes suffered from bullet wounds to the shoulder.
However, Waka Flocka’s camp seems to remember the story a little differently. Waka Flocka’s brother and publicist claim that Stukes was part of an attempted robbery and that three men, including Stukes, approached Waka’s car aggressively. At the time, Waka was rocking over $100,000 in jewelry.
The moral of the story though: don’t approach Waka Flocka all willy nilly unless you’re prepared to take a bullet. But hey, you might get half a mil in the process, so take your chances because we already know Waka is paid in full!
