So we already know that a NY judge recently dropped charges against YMCMB’s Drake & Chris Brown after they allegedly got into a brawl this summer at NYC nightclub, W.i.P.. Now TMZ is reporting that an entertainment company who owns the club, “Greenhouse”, which is located in the same building with W.i.P., is suing Drake for $16 million, claiming that the fight ruined their club’s reputation.

Drake isn’t taking the allegations lightly though. He’s claiming that Entertainment Enterprises and their club Greenhouse already had a horrible reputation, saying that the NY Times described the club as having “a history of violence and other problems”.

The rapper’s camp is also claiming that the club was almost shut down back in 2011 by NYPD and had its liquor license suspended after a string of violent incidents. Drake is now asking that the judge drop the lawsuit.

We don’t blame Drake for not wanting to pay up, because it definitely looks like the club had some issues going on long before Drake and Chris Breezy ever stepped in the building.
