Looks like their may be trouble brewing in the world of love and hip hop. According to reports over at Hip Hop Wired, Yandy’s boo and now baby’s father, Mendeecees Harris is currently awaiting trial for underage sex assault. On Wednesday, jury selection took place for the trial in which Harris is being accused of allegedly fondling, requesting and receiving oral sex from a 15 year old girl between 2009 and 2011.
Harris was arrested in 2010 on aggravated sexual assault, child endangerment and criminal sexual conduct charges. The newest L&HH castmate has been free on bail since his 2010 arrest, but currently faces up to 20 years in prison if a jury finds him guilty.
Harris is not only the new boo of Yandy Smith but he also made a name for himself in the music industry as owner of the Beat Factory studio.
