It looks like Rick Ross is stepping behind the camera now and trying his hand at directing music videos. Today, the Maybach Music Group head premiered his debut video as a director for his single, “Pirates” which he directed along with DRE Films.
The rapper turned director took to Twitter yesterday to promote the video release, tweeting: “I directed my 1st video #Pirates off ” God forgives I Dont” premieres tomorrow @MTVJams Jamoftheweek!!”. The visuals feature Rozay and his girl making an “illegal exchange” off the coast of Miami like any real boss. Check out “Pirates” below and let us know what you think!
