Things could get completely rough for Chris Brown, because reports over at MTV News are stating that Frank Ocean may be pressing charges on the R&B sensation after being engaged in a “fight” at a studio in Los Angeles, CA this past weekend.

Frank Ocean is looking to press charges against Brown for punching him and starting the brawl outside of Westlake Studios.

Now these are just alleged reports, but detectives described Frank Ocean’s plans as “desirous of prosecution”. Chris Brown is still on probation from the beating of his ex-girl Rihanna in 2009 and has more than a year left to complete until, as he’ll be on probation until August 2014.

Now check this out. Reports over at TMZ are stating that Chris Brown is now ready to talk the police, giving them piece-by-piece action. Reports are also saying that Breezy’s attorneys have already contacted the detectives, and are ready to prove Chris’s innocence.

What’s more … sources say his attorney Mark Geragos’ team has surveillance video of the last part of the fight, and Chris is as clean as a whistle — not throwing a single punch. But here’s the thing. We’re told the video also clears Frank Ocean — he never takes a swing at anyone. The fighting is between the two posses. The video, however, is not the be-all and end-all, because it only captured the back end of the fight. The altercation began in the parking lot and no cameras were trained on the action. So it doesn’t show who started it. The fight moved into the lobby, and that’s where the camera captured the brawl. (TMZ)
