NBA Star Tony Parker Tells Court, I Have Proof Chris Brown is Violent
In a legal attempt to boaster his lawsuit with W.I.P nightclub in New York, NBA star Tony Parker has filed an amended motion with the federal court as evidence he believes will prove the club was reckless in granting Chris Brown and his homies access to the club the night that a brawl got out of hand resulting in Parker getting injured.
In a new court filing by his legal team, Parker is introducing evidence from the night Chris Brown and Frank Ocean allegedly got into a fight over a parking space at a Los Angeles recording studio as clear evidence that the singer is violent and the club should have known this before granting him access.
We don’t know if this will be enough to convince a jury that the club in fact should have known or could have projected something that was out of their control. Also, Frank Ocean or a witness that was at the recording studio that night would have to testify to bolster Parker’s lawsuit. We are guessing the only likely witness would be Frank Ocean’s music producer Michael Uzowuru since he already dished the details to a blog.
One thing is for sure; Tony Parker wants to get 20 million dollars for his troubles.
