Could this week get any worse for former Philadelphia 76er’s star Allen Iverson? We think not. According to reports on TMZ, the All-Star legend has lost his Atlanta mansion after a foreclosure auction.
TMZ previously broke the story that Iverson allegedly defaulted on a $1.2 million mortgage, sending his $4.5 million home into foreclosure status. A few days ago, Iverson was basically called a “terrible father” by judge Bensonetta Lane who also dealt Tameka Raymond a blow in her divorce case to Usher Raymond.
According to our sources, Iverson tried with all of his might to fight off the auction, but ultimately his bank slam-dunked on him.
He couldn’t stop the foreclosure, and now the Atlanta mansion is gone. Even with all of Iverson’s trials & tribulations, we can never forget his lengthy history in the NBA.
