Cee-Lo Green Reality Show Coming To TBS With the Goodie M.O.b
Life is good for Goodie M.O.b member Cee-Lo Green as the MC/singer just inked a deal with TBS.
The network green lighted a 6 episode reality show that will follow The Dungeon family member as he deals with his hectic schedule that includes concert performances and the making of the new Goodie M.O.b reunion album.
Tentatively titled “The Cee-Lo Life,” the show is expected to air in 2014 and will also feature his rhyme partners Big Gipp, Khujo and T-Mo as they prepare to bring their hip-hop group Goodie Mob back to the stage.
Michael Wright, president, head of programming for TBS, TNT and Turner Classic Movies, stated,
“With his distinctive voice, winning personality and remarkable ability to tap into a wide range of musical styles, Cee-Lo Green has risen to the top of the music industry. This new TBS series will give viewers the chance to get to know Cee Lo Green, who is without a doubt one of the hardest-working men in show business. The Cee Lo Life is certain to be a smart, fun and funny journey packed with a lot of great music.”
I guess a lesson was learned… Don’t bite the hand that feeds you because apparently one monkey did stop a show.
