Ciara’s back and will be releasing her self-titled new album on Tuesday. To fuel the momentum, Ci-Ci drops the video for the hit single “I’m Out” featuring the First Lady Of YMCMB, Miss Nicki Minaj.
Taking it back to when videos were creative, the duo also bring back elements of Janet and Michael Jackson’s classic “Scream.”
