While in Toronto last week, rapper Jay Z and singer Justin Timberlake let their fans know that they too was not satisfied with the verdict of George Zimmerman in the death of Trayvon Martin and as such both dedicated the song “Forever Young” to the slain teen during a concert performance.
“This is for Mr. Trayvon Martin” Jay Z announced to a sold out crowd at the Rogers Center before he and tour mate Timberlake performed a passionate version of 2010 single, “Young Forever.”
Clearly with acts like this, Trayvon Martin’s death will not be in vain. Great job! Check out the video below:
